1. Introduction
This privacy policy explains how RINFORZ Tech Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Zoocura mobile app (the "App"). The App helps you manage your dog's health records, including vaccinations, vet visits, deworming, prescriptions, and weight. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect: your name, email address, and/or phone number (for phone OTP sign-in). You may optionally provide: your dog's details (name, breed, date of birth, gender, weight), medical records, photos, PDF documents, and reminder preferences. We also collect anonymous usage data through analytics to improve the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to: provide and sync your dog health records across devices, send scheduled reminders and push notifications you request, export your data on demand, and improve the App. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers (Google Firebase). Your local database is encrypted on your device. We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure authentication (Firebase Auth), and regular security audits. Account passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Photos and documents are stored in private, per-user cloud storage.
5. Notifications & Permissions
With your consent, the App may request access to: camera and photo library (to attach photos and PDFs to records), and notifications (to deliver reminders). You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time from your device settings.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or export your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). After a scheduled deletion date, your dogs, medical records, uploaded files, and account are permanently removed from our servers. 7. Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) to run the App. These services have their own privacy policies governing data handling.
