Zoocura Account Deletion

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Zoocura account and all associated data in two ways:

• In the app (fastest): Open Zoocura → go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account, dogs, medical records, photos, and uploaded files are permanently removed.
• By email: Send a request to support@rinforztechsolutions.com with the subject line "Zoocura Account Deletion" and the phone number or email used to sign in. We will process the request and confirm by email.

2. Data That Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account profile (name, phone number, and/or email)
• Your dogs and their profile details (name, breed, date of birth, gender, weight)
• Medical records — vaccinations, deworming, vet visits, prescriptions, and weight history
• Uploaded photos and PDF documents attached to records
• Reminder settings and notification device tokens

3. Retention Period

Once a deletion request is received, all associated data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. No data is kept or shared after deletion, except to the extent required by law.

4. Partial Data Deletion

You can also delete individual items without deleting your whole account. In the app, you may remove a single dog profile or a single medical record at any time. These deletions take effect immediately.
